Smells like a chemical plant
They had a REALLY strong odor as soon as we opened the postal package before taking them out of the box. These toothbrushes have a very strong chemical smell. We let them air out for about a week and the smell became less strong but still very noticeable, especially from the bristles. The smell is so "cheap factory with questionable chemicals" that we won't be using them as toothbrushes. We unexpectedly bought brushes to clean parts, making folding less useful. I strongly recommend people not to use them as toothbrushes because of the smell.
