They look more white than blue. I would like regular blue. The 2 star rating is due to one of the 5 boxes being opened and the fan is missing the logo sticker. which I kind of like, but it's just sketchy. They have decent airflow, a little more than the cheap pre-installed ones. There's very little noise, although the sound deadening pads are made of cheap foam rather than rubber. So yes it was a cheap upgrade but the matte blue color pissed me off. The photo of the item "Ice Blue" looks bluer. I've attached a photo of the 12v fan hub that came pre-installed on my PC. Maybe this will help someone. It was plug and play. I was just looking for 12v 3 wire fans and boom it worked.
