Nice and fast. I have an iPhone XR with an Otter case. A little tight, but holds up well. With the case it's about twice as heavy and I had no trouble holding it. You might have to push it back a bit on bumpy roads, but if you're not into bumpy roads all the time, it works well and I still recommend it. I work in agriculture, so I'm always off the road.
