My husband is an avid gardener and I thought this would be perfect for him. This is European size 42, which is equivalent to 10.5 in the US. They fit perfectly and are really comfortable. He wore his winter Merrell moccasins in the garden and wondered why his feet were so hot. Merrell is twice the size of hers and my husband likes them better because they are filled with memory foam. I also like the mesh fabric as it is breathable. I think if they're really gross for being outside I'll put them in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and air dry after turning them a bit. I'll update the review when I do so you'll know how they wear out. Definitely - even if they don't wash well - for about $30. I will happily buy another pair for next season.
