Very accurate thermometer. I've been using it for a few months and now it's my wireless thermometer. It's easy to use with two large pieces of smoked meat or even four small pieces. The display is also easy to read. I haven't had to change batteries in the few months I've been using it and I use it almost every weekend. Cleaning is also difficult. Rinse the probes and keep them for next time. Overall, this is a great product for those who use the grill or smoker on a regular basis.
