Great tool to help push and get started

The fact that I don't have papers all over my floor/s or desk area, it keeps me organized because everything's in one place! My log has helped keep track of what exercises are completed during each session so far this week - very easy for any fitness newbie like myself who loves details :) It takes some time getting used too but once you do (like with anything), there isn't much dislike as such anymore ;) Would highly recommend taking advantage of free trial if interested at least 1-2 weeks prior start date!! This definitely helps create accountability which allows consistency & progress when necessary throughout program period. Having an online presence makes communication easier than ever before since we're not limited by distance barriers only :). No idea why they've made their website layout look outdated now :( however still using site without issue other then aforementioned design looks dated lol! Best part about having access It's easy, no more writing down my workouts in little boxes! I can just click it right there with ease without worrying about losing anything or forgetting what day/time that particular exercise was done at (if you're into tracking). Nothing really but if i had any complaints they would be minor things like adding some kind of color scheme so people know which days are better than others etc.. But otherwise this app does exactly as stated above; tracks all exercises for me!!
