This SATA to PCIe converter card worked both with a Debian Buster RAID6 array and with an average throughput of 150 Mbit/s (4 disks) during the Data migration for 4 days to set up RaidZ on FreeBSS13.0-Current. (I bought 2 boards) The board supported an average speed of 500Mbps when moving 500GB from the SSD. During all three migrations, the heatsink temperature never exceeded 89 degrees Fahrenheit, the ambient temperature was 70 degrees, and the opposite side of the board itself was 85 degrees. (measured with an infrared thermometer from about 6 inches) Drives were recognized when booting into Windows, so we're assuming the board doesn't need a driver, but I haven't evaluated them for use in Windows.
