I ordered these for my lawn mowing partner. I figured it might help alleviate a bit of the intense Missouri summer heat. The device is lightweight, charges quickly and has 3 power levels. It is quite comfortable to wear around the neck, but is smaller than I had hoped, making it difficult to place. The device has two fans, one at each end, which are locked in the device case for safety reasons. Their output is blown out through a series of holes at the top of the device. Here are my concerns: The fan housing is too small for any of us to control the exit location. I laughingly call them "Ear Coolers" as far as I'm concerned, they just blow air in my ears. not on my face. They push a little air at high frequencies, and with that much air through my ears, it's a bit difficult for me to hear what's going on around me. Again, the concept isn't bad, but I think the device should be bigger. or the outlet should be closer to the front of the device so you can actually feel the cool breeze on your face and not just in your ears.
