This is a very easy to drink, tasty beer. I took off a star because mine looked honey-colored and cloudy, not straw-colored and transparent like Kolsch should be. It may be necessary to purchase liquid Kolsch yeast separately and use a wort chiller instead of an ice bath for faster cooling. I used German dry brewer's yeast and a slightly higher fermentation temperature (70-75) and the beer came out very fresh and clean with a slightly lemony taste. Take liquid yeast, use a wort chiller and find a cooler place and I think your results will be perfect.
