After less than a week of use I found that one of the 2 meter data transfer cables was not working. Upon inspection, I saw that one of the pins on the magnetic connector was missing. Can't tell if the pin was there when I received it, but after a week of light use (once a day to charge) it's a little confusing - I bought 24 wires and all the others are done but when they're no longer used be after a week then I am very disappointed. But more than that: These cables are easy to use - simply connect to the charger. Allows you to connect a "universal" charger - no more searching for the right Micro-USB/USB-C/Lightening cable. Also provides charging port protection as a cover and eliminates frequent plugging and unplugging - we've had several phones with damaged ports. The cables support fast charging (I measured over 2.4A) and are great for data transfer. I used a different brand of magnetic cable that had indicators on either side of the connector, but more importantly, the indicator only lit up when the cable was properly plugged in/the device was charged. Unfortunately, these cables only have one indicator and it's on all the time when the charger is connected, giving you no indication of whether the cable is properly connected or not.
