Good brackets/poor quality screws
The brackets themselves are worth the money - they worked for me when I used them to make an oak table (to attach shelves). However, I was disappointed with the quality of the screws - they never seemed to go in properly - and I pre-drilled each of the holes. The heads didn't seem to hold a screwdriver bit (and I used a brand new Phillip's Milwaukee #1 bit with a Milwaukee cordless drill). If I did this again I would probably use these brackets with other screws.
