Very fast shipping and delivery. Communication with the seller and tracking the status of the delivery was great. Well packed. Contrary to several previous reviews, the fit in my 2020 Tesla Model 3 (Model 3 delivered late July 2020) was very good. As mentioned in previous reviews, I removed the OEM floor mats and let the new SUMK floor mats sit for half an hour before putting them out in the sun at 80 degrees Fahrenheit, a hair dryer could have been used. The new mats had a slightly oily film, probably manufacturing related, that was easily removed with a damp cloth. The rugs have an overall sophisticated look without the big, ugly, distracting logo. no smell Very satisfied.
