These are the best colored pencils for kids! The plastic on the outside protects them from breakage and I love that they are washable and the colors are very vibrant and rich. And they can definitely be washed! My daughter has a habit of touching up things she shouldn't and they can be easily wiped off with a baby wipe. The tips aren't very sharp for fine coloring, but you can sharpen them with a sharpener if you really need it. What I particularly appreciate about this brand is that the crayon in the tube actually occupies the entire tube and not just an inch or two away from a real pencil. Because of this, they should last a lot longer than some of the other brands I've seen and used. Great buy if you have kids.
