I like how easy it was to use and set up. It really does help organize all your files in one place which makes things much easier! The fact that there are many different ways to communicate within this program as well. You can send emails or text messages if you don't have access to an internet connection. Sometimes when sending documents via email it takes longer then expected because sometimes they get stuck in someone else's spam folder. This helps me keep track of my assignments, deadlines, due dates, etc.
