I read through many of the reviews before ordering solar lights, and my final decision was this particular product.Let me just start by saying that I was amazed and pleased so much so that I ordered a second set the very next day. Granted, I have only had the lights for a couple of nights, so I can not attest to how they hold up during inclement weather; BUT, I can say that they WORK. They are, in fact, 8 LED solar lights, with a brightness sufficient enough to light your path. When I took them out of the packaging, I used the small pin (included) to 'click' each light on (inserted the pin in the small hole at the front of each solar light). While the solar lights weren't fully charged, they had enough charge to flicker, which let me know that I had turned the lights in the 'ON' position. Then, I just placed them out in the sun to let the 'charge' complete, then I mounted them.What I liked about this particular product is that it does not stay on. Instead, it comes on when you are within range (approx. 10 feet). I have two installed inside my carport area (yes, they are located at a point/location where they are receiving charge from the sun during the day), and they illuminate nicely when I pull in to my carport at night, remain on as long as motion is detected, and goes off within a few seconds after motion stops. I have the other two located at the entrance to my home, which makes it nice and easy to locate and manipulate the key and lock at night. The visibility that these solar lights provide is very nice. They are definitely worth the money.As I stated earlier, I purchased a second set when I saw how nice the first set illuminated my area(s). I am a pleased customer, for sure. Also, the four solar lights came with screws, for mounting. Another option to mount is to use double sided tape.Lastly, as far as my review , I didn't get paid, or receive free product(s) for this review. I rarely ever do reviews. So, when I do a review, you must believe the product was worth the time.
