There is a large wire on top of the engine that runs from the firewall to the throttle body. This is your gas cable. What you need to do is loosen the two small pull bolts on the bracket that is bolted to the intake manifold and rotate them so that the end of the cable is pulled further away from the end of the sleeve. Then tighten them together onto the bracket. BOOM, now your gas pedal is set so you don't have to step on those nice floor mats to get all the power you had before. You will also notice that the truck drives better. interesting yes?
