At first I couldn't get the black cartridge to print the alignment page correctly. Then I thought maybe I'll just send them back but then when I was like hey they're recycled so I took out the black cartridge and ran my finger over the part where the ink comes out and nothing. So I took the cotton swab with alcohol and cleaned the part where the ink came out and voila, the alignment page printed perfectly. Maybe there was a blockage or something. This is the first time I've had issues with remanufactured toner ink and this is the fourth set I've ordered. I guess my point is to just remember that they are recycled so little things like cleaning the ink dispenser part might be fine. It's a small order and given the money I saved on the order compared to buying ink at the office store, it doesn't matter.
