After trying several brands I finally found this flat support pillow. I have a defect in my lower spine, so too much pressure hurts and too little causes pain when transitioning from sitting to standing. It fits perfectly in the center of my car seat and stays securely in place. doesn't force me far forward in the seat. Other brands were too thick and made driving uncomfortable. I combined this with the Dreamer Car orthopedic pain relief seat cushion and was practically in pain after a few days - even after a 5 hour round trip to San Antonio. This product, along with the Dreamer car seat cushion, is a godsend. Incidentally, I have also tried a few car seat cushions to relieve the coccyx/coccyx/spine. What I have now is the only one that actually fits in the driver's seat, stays in place when getting in and out, and doesn't have an uncomfortable, tight wedge shape.
