I've wanted a Mezzaluna for a long time. I'm glad I waited and got this big one. The seller was very helpful in answering questions and I would not hesitate to buy from him again. Big Mezzaluna is good at chopping herbs from my garden, but she can do more. I use it daily. It's quite sharp, which is good for grinding and roughing. The small cap requires some dexterity and pressure to attach and remove. I see hand slipping causing injury. I attached another magnetic strip to the side of the cabinets above the sink and hung it there for storage. It's safer and more accessible. However, I'm glad I have a small sleeve; I adjusted it to keep track of drawings in my work.
