Okay, be honest. Loki was kinda weird lol. Up close, they shimmered, almost like the plastic confetti you stuff in gift bags. I will say they were great as base fixatives for my style. I ended up wrapping them in silver hair to give them more texture and width because they were a bit thin. But overall the value for money I spent was good. I only paid $25-$30 because I used the coupon provided. Overall I would give him 3.7/5 trillion. I think they last longer when wrapped because I've seen stories in some reviews about them sticking together and all that.
