Review on Xantrex Technology Inc E231 808 9001 by Shane Grosland

My inverter is tucked away in the back of my van and this switch is mounted in the panel of the van. I can turn my inverter on manually whenever I need power to run my van. The switch does what it's supposed to. The button must be held for 1 second to turn the inverter on or off. This is a good feature (or "feature") as it reduces the chance of accidentally hitting the switch. The button is recessed, which is another feature that makes it difficult to accidentally press the switch. a green LED that shows you whether your inverter is switched on. It would be nice if this panel also had an LCD display that showed the voltage. I'm talking about the same LCD that most inverters already have. Alright, I installed a separate voltage indicator next to this panel. This panel is smaller than the typical home light switch panel. The product dimensions on the Revain page are incorrect (7 inches tall!). Actual width and height is approximately 2.5 x 3 inches. Perfect!
