The support is only on one side and the shelf itself does not appear to be level. Hence the shelf is tilted down even though I installed the bracket at the same level. The only way to bring it back is to install another support under the other side. which defeats the purpose of its "float". Also, they tell you to drill all the holes (of which 8 are in the bracket) but they only give you 4 inserts and 6 screws. The screws are too small for the holes so the 2 of them end up doing nothing and you only have 4 contact points instead of 8. Still, it seems sturdy, but I'm sorry I didn't get it right before I drilled through a few unnecessary holes in my wall. The shelf wobbles and shifts on the bracket despite the 2 locking screws at the bottom which really only keep the shelf from sliding back but don't add any additional security.
