There is no quality control. unusable. UPDATE January 29, 2019 5 Stars

Great Soap. The best at all. However, three pieces are contaminated with dark hair under unopened cellophane wrap. See photo. What should be 5 stars doesn't work due to the hair in the packaging. I called the company about this about a week ago and was told the company has new management. You will work to quality standards. Got a new replacement today. This act of goodwill prompts me to award 5 stars.
