I'm sure it's good for some
My 4 month old daughter loves to play with it and it's well made but because the studs are so close together she finds it difficult to get the middle ones out in their mouths to bite well because those dig into their cheeks on either side. In order to chew the way she really wants, she has to use 2 outer protrusions. I hope that makes sense.
