I have a cat with high blood pressure and she needs medication every day. For a year we fought tooth and nail to give him medicine and I finally got to the point where I needed another option. I did some research here on Revain and found this. I don't remember seeing any big red flags, but I didn't go through all the reviews either. Nowhere on this page does the manufacturer state that it is a disposable item. The item was not listed on the packaging. It has been working flawlessly since August 2015. My story is similar to some others here. I gave my cat his medication last night and the tip fell off immediately and he ground it up. I started getting worried right away and in short I keep coming back here to read the reviews and see how other pets have been hurt by this thing. Yes, there is a clear engraving on the side saying "Single Use Only", but it's under the part of the barrel you hold with your hands. Coupled with the fact that he was giving him meds at night, I never noticed. A lesson I learned from my name. Please DO NOT BUY this unless you are planning on using it only once and reading the reviews.
