Well packaged and shipped quickly! If you don't know how to insert a nose screw you may need some time as the looped end is a bit shorter than some I've used. This is definitely a quality item. I can't wear anything other than 14k jewelry to keep my piercing from irritating and this is just what I needed. I work in healthcare and also go to nursing school, so I try to stay away from rocks that are too big. I ordered 1.5mm and it is absolutely perfect! FYI I would not recommend looking at the photos for sizing. The 1.5mm stone pictured is probably closer to the 2mm stone.
