This well-tailored, long-sleeved thermal shirt is great for outdoor training on cool and cold evenings. The face fabric has a smooth sheen and the waffle weave knit and cotton feel on the inside, but is 100% polyester. The waffle pattern on the inside retains your body heat well so you don't get cold. I actually wore this sweater outside in 50 degrees without a jacket. The stand-up collar protects against drafts and wind. The sleeves are longer to accommodate a thumb glove to cover the hand in cold weather during exercise. It's made entirely of stretchy material, making it easy to take with you. Sizing Advice - Get your current actual size - If you usually buy plus size shirts, choose the plus size option - . Medium shirts get medium. Only downside - if the zip isn't almost fully closed, the inner tab at the collar will pull up and look weird - almost like you're a lizard and have an extra chin skin, lol. In the next production release it should be hardcoded to prevent this from happening. I could do it myself! 🤔😏
