First off, in terms of the actual screen protector, this is a really well made product. You will definitely notice a degradation in screen quality, as with all matte screen protectors...but I noticed it less than, say, ESR screen protector, which was my previous matte screen protector. ESR profile...this Bellemond is much smoother. I definitely noticed less friction compared to others I've tried, but still enough to give me more confidence when drawing. I would say that the biggest downside to this screen protector is the installation process. All you get in the package are the screen protectors themselves, two cleaning kits and some cardboard which they say is "anti-bubble" to push bubbles onto the screen. You don't get anything to align the screen protector with the actual screen, and the cardboard can easily tear through the top screen protector if you pop bubbles. I can easily see someone going wrong twice and either getting permanent blisters or scratching the tread and having bad luck. So take extra care when installing this screen protector, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. However, if you can get through the installation process, I think this is the best matte screen protector you can buy!
