Well the picture says he has 2 vibrators when in reality there is only one. Also, it's light and very versatile, I use it for my herniated disc and epicondylitis and it's great that it's cordless because I can take it with me when I travel, to restaurants and so on. I just think the ads should be more accurate. It wouldn't be bad if it really had 2 vibration points and even better if not only the middle part vibrates but all 3 sections that we have work. Just an idea for homedics.
