The dirt filter is difficult to remove. I actually struggled with this for a few days and almost got it back. Another move and he finally retired. However, once you put it back in, it will be difficult to remove again. This makes removing dust from the vacuum cleaner a chore. The suction power is pretty average, the head has to be less than an inch for anything to happen. It's also odd that there are two identical outlets, one for 12v and the other for a 110v charger. I have no idea what happens if you plug in the wrong one. And the instructions are so short they're pretty much useless.
