A good balance of price/quality, recommend it.

5. Why does no one write that this laptop does not have a single normal USB connector? There are 2 new super-modern USB-C and that's it . I understand everything. This is the future and that's it . But it's like PRO. The professional models of the same Lenov and HP have not only USB, but also VGA, and even often full-fledged stem connectors. Plus, the funny thing is that these two connectors are made so close to each other that it is often not possible to insert two devices together. If they give you a flash drive to upload files, and you didn’t have an adapter with you, then goodbye. Cool?

6. Very poor equipment. In top laptops, both LTE modems and styluses are now in the order of things . But what is it?

In general . If you do not understand at all or do not want to understand computers, then the Apple system is the way out. But you have to put up with the fact that you have no choice and will have to use what Apple has done.

If you are at least a little bit ready to get confused, then there is no problem to buy for the same money (or even much cheaper) any laptop that you like, put Linux on it and have fun. But that's a separate issue.

Why is no one talking out loud about how crooked the MacOS X interface is. Don't you believe it? Here are two facts:

1. There is no "express" item in the context menu of a file or folder. How so? How to move files? Copy or drag?

2. The system in 2022 does not know how to scatter windows in halves of the screen. This feature appeared in Windows Vista in 2022 or so.

3. If you have expanded the window to full screen, then you can no longer minimize it to the dock. The minimize button is disabled. The creators of MacOS did not have enough imagination to make the appropriate animation.

This is just the beginning of the list of insanity of the MacOS interface.
If anyone disagrees with me. Explain to me then what does the dot that appears under the application icon in the dock mean?

Pros

An operating system that, although kotsana, is still no Unix at all. Plus, when you buy this laptop, you're buying a "ready-made" thing. It will not fail, you will never know that some drivers are needed, the ates will install as they should . Unfortunately, a modern person who is not versed in computers does not have a normal choice: something on Windows that requires no finishing, or already a "ready" thing, where everything works and there are no viruses. As it turned out, Mac OS X - as we know a descendant of Free BSD, has an SSH server, and even SCP works. If desired, you can install SSHFS. Cool . Almost Linux)))) And of course, you can’t help but praise Apple for the fact that they know how to make BEAUTIFUL things. The same Windows 10 has become some kind of dark and square even compared to the 7th one. There is also a riot of colors, animation (albeit stupid, but still) . Everything is clear and elegant.

Cons

If we discard all these sighs about "this is Apple", then the bottom line is a very mediocre laptop. He's handsome, but he's basically mediocre. 1. Solid case? Well, now, for this money, other manufacturers offer cases even better, lighter, thinner . The hinges do not allow you to expand the laptop even 180 degrees. See what cases the same HP has in top-end laptops. 2. Good screen? Now such a screen can be bought in the middle price segment, top-end laptops from other manufacturers already have 4K, and touchscreens, and SuperAmoled . But what about that? Just a good IPS matrix with a resolution greater than FullHD. - if you set such a resolution as a search parameter in Market, then more than 150 models will come out. 3. Battery life? Top laptops from the same Lenova, HP, etc. say at 15:00. At the same time, they test their laptops on Windows, which is constantly doing something in the background - not like normal operating systems. Tests can and will show good advantages in autonomy, but in real work everything will be smeared with the mode of use. Well, in any case, with this operating system at our disposal, much more could be done. 4. This laptop does not have a keyboard. If we take the comfort of the keyboard on a scale of 10, then if the Lonovo ThinkPad has 9-10 (depending on the model), the MacBookPro will have 1. Yes, yes! This is the worst keyboard I have ever seen in my life. The Xiaomi 12 inch keyboard is much more comfortable. If you type a lot, and especially if you know how to type text in the blind, then your hands will fall off this laptop. Key travel? A millimeter, maybe even less. When you press some kind of nasty "klotsk", like a piezo lighter. I'm a fast touch typist, the quality of the keyboard is very important for this kind of thing. After the divine keyboard of ThinkPads, this misunderstanding cannot be called a keyboard. And this is a laptop with a Pro prefix . A disgrace.
