Review on Visioneer OneTouch 8900 USB Scanner by Marcus Barlow

This is by far the biggest junk I have ever had the misfortune to buy. If everything Visioneer does is like this, they deserve to be out of business. I can't believe they are enforcing this kind of junk and can do without it. I will never buy a product labeled "Visioneer" again. Period. This scanner was a HUGE waste of money, not to mention a very good source of frustration. It ran long enough to scan about 5 items, but none of them consistently. It will scan one, and if you're lucky you might get another scan after playing around with it for about 25 hours with its pathetic connections (very lucky to get decent drivers or updates) and countless restarts of your computer. Buy a real scanner and send it to your enemies.
