I purposely waited to review these slippers to see if they stood up to daily wear and kept their shape. The bottom soles are sturdy and solid, great for running outside to get the paper and to wear in the house while working. The inside is padded and soft, and lined with cozy, warm fleece. The outside fuzzy grey fabric is a substantial weight and thickness that still looks as good as the day they arrived. The fleece runs along the top of the foot and sides, and so far has stayed "fluffy". The only negative is that the sizing ran a little small. I wear a size 9 comfortably, but when I got these (9-10) my big toe was right up against the front of the slipper and was rubbing. However, since wearing them for a while now, the fleece has compacted inside and I have more room to move my toes. I was hesitant to buy these at first because of the price, but now I am glad I did. They are a quality slipper that will last more than one winter season. Oh, and did I mention that they are very cute?! Being a cat person, I love the look and comfort of these slippers and highly recommend, but check sizing, you might want to order one size up.
