They really help stabilize the RV.
Sturdy and well made. You place it under the slide rail, pull out the rack tube, insert the pin, rotate the fine adjustment rod and it touches the rail, rotate a few more times to raise the rail 1/8 inch. No jack required. They really help stabilize my fifth wheel. I put one on each slide rail with a yellow plastic pad under the base to avoid damaging the concrete slab.
