The perfect first magic set for young children. My 6 year old loves it. The tricks are simple enough for a preschooler to learn and perform, and the size of the props make them easy for little hands to handle. Even my 4 year old son learned a few tricks (not very convincing but he still loves doing it and we're still sick!). Some tricks are damn clever. The disappearing ball in the little red plastic vase is cool and the magic drawer can be used for anything! My kids love making hot wheels, candy and many other small items disappear and reappear in the drawer. The Magic Lollipop is a deceptively easy trick and one of my youngest son's favorites. There's also a trick that just uses a regular optical illusion to perform the magic, and this is probably the easiest trick in the box. The price is great too. I highly recommend this set for children under 8 years old. For kids over 9 or 10 years old, a slightly more difficult magic set is better.
