Left ear doesn't work (started to work!)
I have Windows 10. After the automatic installation, the headset is ready to use. Unfortunately, the left ear doesn't work at all. I tried to find a support page or drivers for the device but couldn't. The only available page only describes the products. The download area is simply empty. It is a pity. I would not recommend this purchase. Update, the left ear worked. I think there was a bug in the software, I don't know why it started working. I increased the number of stars because the product finally works.
