Very light, but feels cheap
It is very light and great for running. I am not sure if they are running shoes. He doesn't have the support to get on his knees. I like that it breathes. Your body heat is dissipated away from your shoes when you walk/run. It's nice to have a second pair as a backup shoe, but not as much as a main shoe. If I had to choose again, I would just buy a new balance boot.
