Very good backpack for the money. Two suggestions.1. The bottom should be covered with the same material as the paneling on the front. This makes it easy to clean when it's on the floor and gets dirty. The zipper compartment on the strap should be 1 inch deeper (the zipper stays the same length) so that the items hidden inside (keys, cards) don't fall out when you fully unzip the zipper.
