Bought for cleaning a 3-room apartment, in which there is a long-haired grandmother and a cat, a lot of carpets and rugs. Impressions from this unit are extremely contradictory. It has really good suction power. This is despite the fact that the power of the vacuum cleaner itself is at least two times lower than that of most competitors. But there is one big BUT! The design of the brush is such that it sticks tightly to the carpets. At the same time, it becomes a task that only a physically strong person can handle with it on the surface of the carpet. The power can be reduced (it is reduced by the old method by opening a valve on the suction pipe), but the quality of cleaning also drops significantly. The worst thing is that this brush DOES NOT pick up hair and wool from carpets AT ALL. The issue was resolved by replacing the brush with a brush from the old Samsung. The suction quality has dropped a little, but now the hair and wool are in the dust box, and this is at least like cleaning. Dust collector. Separate song. So "quick and easy", as you will be told in the salon, it is impossible to clean it. If you have at home not only small pebbles and sawdust, but dust, hair and pet hair, then you will not be able to clean the dust collector with one press of the latch. It is necessary to climb there with your hands, otherwise the cleaning will be only partial. And the dust from it, of course, will scatter in different directions. Easy to wash. But it is also very easy to wash dust collectors from other manufacturers (there were Samsung, Thomson, Philips, Hansa in the family). The hose could be more flexible. There are problems with maneuverability (sometimes falls on corners), but this is nonsense. I do not like to mess with the return of equipment, so I had to adapt and use it.
