My husband (a professional handyman) complained that the installation was a bit of a headache, mostly related to finding the right girth and spacing of trees in our yard. When it was finished (January 2021) the kids (6 and 10 years old) loved it. In fact, I admired her delight from my office window when I saw the top strap/slack suddenly pop while my 10 year old was rocking on it. She flew through the air, colliding with her younger brother and pinning him to the ground. Miraculously, no one made it to the intensive care unit! Upon further investigation, my husband noticed that the metal holding each clasp was gradually sawing off the straps. This is a clear design flaw, especially considering that average sized kids only use it for 5 months and the entire kit was assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions. I plan to contact the company for a refund. which is better than sending them medical bills for broken limbs. Buy with caution!
