I even looked at their logo in reverse - nothing. Of course it seems to me that this is a fake company - how could it not be. No number, no contact details, nothing. If you need some level of customer service, don't buy these lamps. The back of the lights even says "Model Interteck: FX-5CCT-DL6IN12W". In fact, there is nothing "Foxlux" on the packaging or on the label. I understand more and more that these lamps are a cheap Chinese scam. And yet, with that one flaw and the stingy admission of a fake manufacturer, the flashlights generally work just fine.
