I bought these 6 drain and fill fluid bags for my 2007 Corolla. Almost 3 liters of liquid came out when draining, which was less than I expected. Simply draining leaves much of the fluid in the transmission torque converter and other components. It doesn't hurt to add some fresh fluid every 50 or 60k miles though, mine was quite dark compared to the bright red fresh fluid. Type IV fluid is the correct fluid for a 2003-2008 Corolla, according to the owner. Management. I believe WS fluid will be used for most of 2009 and beyond. If you buy this, be sure to read the instruction manual first. I would have a hard time using anything other than the correct OEM fluid for anything like a gearbox.
