The pictures speak for themselves. They're the same size as every other nose ring I wear, but they just don't fit without excruciating pain... and that big disc at the end is awful. But it's really easy to cut off, and I wear it upside down with the ball on the end on the outside of my nose (even though it looks like you have a hole in your nose). I wore one for about a month and a half before finally losing it, so got a second one today. I've worn it to bed and in the shower as well as to work as regular casual wear so you don't have to worry about it actually falling out... and if it does, there's plenty of backup. The quality and quantity are definitely worth the price.
