If you are expecting a mom then this pillow is a great purchase. I had severe back pain during my pregnancy but sleeping with this leg brace helped a lot with the pain. For cleaning, the cover and cotton cushion can be easily separated for washing. The pillowcase also features a zip closure so you can easily swap out the inner pillowcase or remove it from the cover if that's important to you.
