My refurbished desktop PC didn't have a camera or microphone and with the spread of COVID it has become desirable to be able to accommodate video conferencing. My wireless connection in my office/workplace is weak, so the desktop (wired interface) has become the preferred place to participate. This device is plug and play and requires simple training. . . It was very good with zoom, meaning I could be seen and heard well on the other end and I could see the other participants who had their cams/mics on. The task was completed satisfactorily. I like the flip cover to provide privacy when not in use.
