And when it comes to their suitcases and other travel necessities, don't even get me started! Every time I purchase on their website, I get the feeling that I'm getting ready for an extravagant vacation. In addition to that, their delivery times are incredibly quick. I don't know how they do it, but all of my orders appear before I even have the chance to check the tracking number repeatedly. I have no idea how they do it. That icing on the cake? Even when I accidentally ordered the incorrect size shoe, their customer service was helpful and quick to respond. (oops).
