This was a gift for my daughter and her husband to play the records I gave them. She told me yesterday that part of the CD was broken, but with any luck she might be able to replace the screws with real ones instead of plastic ones. She has to remove the whole block to work on it. Apparently the back of the CD player is heavy and the plastic screws couldn't take the weight and just broke off.
