Review on 💻 Enhance Your Connectivity with Sonnet Allegro USB-C 4-Port PCIe Card by Corey Vaz

I do not recommend this for 2019 Mac Pro 7.1 I have a lot of Sonnet stuff. I think they are a great company with great tech support. This is my first disappointment with Sonnet. Electrically this card is fine. The problem is that the ports are too close to the edge. I've tried 6 different USB-C cables including one from Apple, all of which failed due to the tight fit. I found that if I tilted the card a little, I could use two of the four ports. See attached picture. If the ports were just 0.05 inches further from the edge, this product would perfectly match the 2019 Mac Pro. The product is made in China.
