Removes only about 10% of hair. Try something different.
The instructions say it takes 90 seconds to heat a full bath. It actually took twice as long to soften the wax. After watching the corporate video, we applied the wax according to the directions and waited 30 seconds. Removed the wax as instructed and surprisingly almost no hair was removed. Tried several other patches and same results. I'm sorry. I'm not one to complain but it was a waste of time. I will try other waxes just to compare but it was a failure for us. Other reviews said it worked for them, maybe I got a bad batch but I figured it would remove all hair, not just about 10% if that's the case. A life lesson learned.
