They are way too loud considering I use them with a JBL 210W 6"x9" in the front doors (replacing cheap 6.5" - There is no amp as a standard stereo is a beast at 50 watts per channel and because I'm building high impedance speakers in. The standard block gets them moving as I mentioned I can't hear them at full volume. With them you get clear highs and even lows in the dashboard. The screwing was straight.I soldered a 60 watt JBL CLUB3020 3.5 2-way into my Priuse dashboard speaker harnesses, but for the Camry I bought 4-pin connectors , as I was too lazy to solder and just wanted a 10 minute plug and play install These The Infinity sound slightly better than the JBL and are a HUGE upgrade for cars like the Camry where the speakers are the cheapest. I mean she s ind so terrible that Toyota makes 6x9 plastic molds with 6.5 inch speakers. Of course, I upgrade them with excellent 6x9 speakers on both the front door and the back. And the in-dash speakers are a 2.5-inch toy joke designed in the 1980s. The standard stereo didn't disappoint, however. Replace 2 minutes with 1 screwdriver and a 10mm wrench.
